Plan Review Application

The Windsor Severance Fire Rescue board of directors has approved the 2025 Plan Review and Permit Fee Schedule.

Work completed without a permit will be billed at double the original plan review and permit fee.
WSFR fees are established to account for staff hours dedicated to meetings, correspondence, review of submitted drawings, permits and inspections.
An invoice will be issued following receipt of the application. Fees are required to be paid in full prior to the release of the permit.
