NOTICE OF REGULAR ELECTION TO BE CONDUCTED BY POLLING PLACE: Windsor-Severance Fire Protection District

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN and particularly to the electors of Windsor-Severance Fire Protection District, Larimer and Weld Counties, Colorado:

NOTICE IS HEREBY given that a regular election of the Windsor-Severance Fire Protection District shall be held on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.  The election is being conducted as a polling place election.  The polling location on Election Day is located at Windsor Severance Fire Rescue Station No. 1, 100 North 7th Street, Windsor, Colorado.  In addition, this location is a ballot drop off location and will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from April 14 through May 5, 2025, and from 7:00 a.m. through 7:00 p.m. on Election Day (May 6, 2025). 

At said election, the electors of the District shall vote for two (2) Directors to serve (4) four-year terms.  The names of persons nominated for Director are:

            Mike Medhurst

            Nathan A. Rea

            Scott Jonathan Duda

            Glenn Wiggins

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that applications for absentee voter ballots can be filed with the Designated Election Official at elections@crsofcolorado.com , Community Resource Services of Colorado, 7995 E. Prentice Avenue, Suite 103E, Greenwood Village, CO  80111, Monday through Friday, during normal business hours, until the close of business on the Tuesday prior to the election (Tuesday April 29, 2025).  Absentee voter ballots must be returned to the Designated Election Official or an Election Judge, at the addresses noted above, Monday through Friday, during normal business hours, and from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Election Day, May 6, 2025.
